I'm no Rabbi, but I would venture to say that blocking someone in or driving dangerously is far worse than davening b'yichidus.

"...a break from the learning at the 8:15 minyan"? Isn't it just 45 minutes?! Maybe the problem was the parking of the tuchus in the chair:-)

What a coincedence. Your ways to punish the ill-parked is the same methods that they use in crown heights to make the neighborhood more jewish.

In NYC, when people don't move their cars on street cleaning days, they put a sticker on the window of the cars that's really hard to take off (You can see where people've tried) that says something to the affect of "This car violated NYC sanitation rules and therefore the street on which it was parked could not be cleaned." (It's basically a sign saying: LOOK HERE! THIS CAR OWNER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS!!!)

But the government does that, so they can't complain...can't you just imagine the reaction if they put that on the next Beamer that's parked badly at Shomrei? ;)

How about a bumper sticker which says: "I passed my driving test even though I never learned how to park."

I also think an "I Love Shabbos" or "I Love Tov Pizza" bumper sticker would be a fitting punishment.
